Nestled in the tranquil countryside of Suffolk, on the outskirts of Halesworth, is Manor View – a beautiful new development of homes crafted for the countryside.
We were approached by Heritage Developments to create an identity that captures the modern essence of the homes and the historic, traditional sites located nearby.
Manor View gets its name from its prime location just down the road from the strikingly beautiful, Grade II listed, 17th Century manor house called Wissett Hall.
The logo is crafted from a stylised silhouette of the hall’s iconic triple chimneys, which can just be seen from Manor View’s windows. The chimneys also create a subtle ‘M’ monogram.
Green and orange symbolise the synergy between Suffolk’s beautiful countryside and Manor View’s vibrant new homes.
Rolling fields inspire the flexible green stripes, which are unique within each space, reminiscent of looking out the window at the vast greenery from windows at the development.
