Flagship Group are one of the eastern region’s largest providers of social housing, with over 32,000 properties under their management. Their purpose is to help solve the housing crisis by providing homes and creating sustainable communities in the east.
As part of their core values, the Group continually strive to improve their performance. ‘The Flagship Way’ was introduced as a vehicle by which to understand and improve what they do and how they do it.
Ark was briefed to deliver an identity and internal-facing campaign to communicate this idea to every member of the business, from those in front-line services such call centre operatives to gas engineers, and those in central services such as admin assistants and data analysts.
We took things back to basics, quite literally, by building the campaign around the evolution from caveman character to modern-day employee.
At the heart of the campaign was a two minute explainer video designed for use in training workshops and hosted on the company’s intranet. In addition, Ark conceived, designed and produced an array of supporting campaign collateral including, booklets, PowerPoint templates, posters, merchandise and even life-size free-standing characters positioned around their four offices.
