Salary
Up to £30k p/a DOE
Working hours
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 37.5hrs per week.
Office-based.
Holiday
22 days (increasing to a maximum of 25 days).
Additional time off over the Christmas period.
Plus a day off on your birthday.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Account Director and Studio Manager to monitor and manage your client projects and teams, ensuring they are on track to deliver on time, on budget and on brief
- Ensure projects are accurately and consistently costed, with input and approval from appropriate stakeholders
- Take ownership of various projects, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to execution
- Quickly build and cultivate a positive, open, trusting relationship with your key clients through online and face to face communication
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients, internal teams and other agency partners on any projects you’re running
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Present creative work in a confident manner to both internal agency teams and clients
- Help to coordinate (with support of the studio manager) internal resources, freelancers and third parties for the seamless execution of projects, and dealing with any resourcing issues as appropriate
- Work with the Account Director to deliver on commercial targets
- Support new business pitch teams
- Have a can-do and proactive attitude at all times
About you
- You’ll have at least 2 years of relevant experience working in an agency environment
- Have experience working across both B2B and B2C projects
- Ability to take and write briefs from clients and input strategically into the creative development process
- Sound financial experience across project management
- Excellent organisational & project management skills: the ability to stay on top of multiple, potentially complex, projects, assisting with timing and resourcing plans
- Sound knowledge of production to ensure solutions are cost-efficient and effective
- Thorough understanding of the time scales involved in creative delivery
- Stakeholder management experience, including evidence of presenting to clients
- Ensure all your communications/interactions are clear, concise and action-orientated
- An open, honest, fun, pragmatic and committed approach to work
