Brightside are a family-run team of electricians working across Norwich and Norfolk. With over 20 years’ experience, they handle everything from 24-hour domestic callouts to large-scale commercial projects, with a focus on quality, flexibility and trust.
We developed a new logo and visual identity from the ground up: bold yet approachable, designed for strong recognition and simple application. The identity reflects Brightside’s commitment to reliability and craftsmanship, helping them stand out while maintaining a warm, professional presence.
The logomark combines a lightbulb and rising sun, symbolising energy, warmth and expertise from first light to last. It’s a nod to the idea of the sun rising in the East, rooting the brand in its Norfolk origins. It’s paired with a clean wordmark and a confident palette of navy, yellow and cream.
Typography strikes a balance between playful and practical, designed to shine on vans, uniforms, invoices and digital content. The result is a flexible visual system that’s minimal, personable and memorable.
Brightside’s playful tone of voice draws on themes of light and time of day, with copy designed to feel clear and purposeful, building trust and keeping things moving.
We also designed and developed a streamlined new website focused on clarity and ease of use, making it simple for customers to book a callout and explore commercial services, whether they know what they’re looking for or not.
